Liability Release
I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that participation in the Scarborough Sports Summer Day Camp involves physical activities that may pose a risk of injury. I acknowledge and accept all risks, known and unknown, associated with camp activities. I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Scarborough Sports, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur during my child's participation in the camp. I understand that I cannot hold Scarborough Sports responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur.


Media Release
I grant permission to Scarborough Sports and its affiliates to photograph, record, or capture my child’s image and likeness during camp activities. I understand that these images may be used for promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and other marketing efforts. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such media and release Scarborough Sports from any liability related to the use of my child’s image.
